Accomodation

• The accommodation fees include 3 nights’ all-inclusive stay at Spice Hotel Serik / Antalya, with check-in on April 9 and check-out on April 12, as well as participation in the social programs.
• All-Inclusive Concept: The all-inclusive concept covers open buffet lunch on the day of arrival and open buffet breakfast on the day of departure.
• The hotel does not guarantee a specific room type (main building or club room).
• Room type allocation will be determined by the hotel based on availability and the number of guests.
• Participants registering for double or triple room accommodation must indicate their roommate(s) at the time of registration. The agency does not provide room-sharing arrangements.
• One child aged 0–11.99 years staying in the same room with two adults will be accommodated free of charge. A 50% discount applies for the second child aged 3–12 years.
• Check-in time is from 14:00, and check-out must be completed by 12:00.
• The above conditions also apply to accompanying persons.

External Participation

• Participants who do not stay at the congress hotel and register through Motto Turizm are subject to an External Participation Fee in addition to the registration fee.
• The external participation fee for non-resident participants includes lunch and refreshments within the all-inclusive concept between 09:00 and 18:00. Participants remaining at the hotel outside these hours will be charged directly by the hotel upon departure.
• Evening events held at the hotel are not included in the external participation fee. Guests wishing to attend must visit the registration desk and complete registration upon payment of the applicable fee.

CANCELLATION, CHANGE & REFUND POLICY

• All requests must be submitted in writing to Motto Turizm and will be evaluated by the organizing committee in accordance with the cancellation policy.
• Cancellations of registration or accommodation notified by February 15, 2026, will be refunded in full without any deduction.
• For cancellations requested between February 15 and March 10, a 50% cancellation fee will apply, and the remaining refund amount will be paid after deduction of bank charges.
• As of March 10, cancellations will no longer be accepted; however, name changes will be permitted.
• All refunds will be processed after the congress.
