⇒The event will start following the open buffet dinner provided within the hotel’s accommodation concept.

With the Beach Party, we aim to bring our valued participants together in a relaxed, enjoyable, and social setting outside the official program flow. In this unique atmosphere, created at the hotel’s beachfront venue with a DJ performance, participants will have the opportunity to socialize and connect while enjoying a warm and energetic start to our meeting.

Throughout the event, light refreshments including chips, nuts, and crudités, as well as soft drinks, will be served, offering a pleasant and sincere gathering accompanied by music.

We would be delighted to welcome you to this enjoyable evening.

⇒ On April 11, following the conclusion of the official program, a special evening awaits you where we will unwind, relax, and share enjoyable and memorable moments together.

After the dinner provided within the hotel’s accommodation concept, the well-known artist and dentist Tolga Bıçakçı will join us for this special night with his live performance and energetic repertoire. Following a full and intensive day, this musical gathering will offer an opportunity to relax, reconnect, and create lasting memories together.

We would be delighted to welcome our valued participants to this vibrant and enjoyable evening, where we will come together to the rhythm of music.
